What is Sweeper?
Sweeper is an all-in-one app for grassroots football clubs. It handles fixtures, availability, secure payments, player stats, team chat and matchday updates, white-labelled as your own club, on your own web address.
How is it different from Spond?
Spond mostly covers scheduling and chat. Sweeper runs the whole club, including secure payments, FIFA-style player cards and stats, and full white-label branding on your own subdomain or domain.
What does “white-label” mean here?
Every club gets its own branded space: your crest, your colours, your wording, and your own web address like yourclub.sweeper-app.com (or your own domain). Parents and players see your club, not ours.
Where do payments go?
Straight into your club’s own Stripe or GoCardless account. You collect subs and sign-on fees by card or Direct Debit, and Sweeper never sits between the club and its money.
Is our data kept separate from other clubs?
Yes. Sweeper is multi-tenant by design, each club runs on its own isolated space with its own database, so no club can see another club’s data.
How do we sign up?
You apply on our Get started page. Because Sweeper handles children’s data, we review each application before creating your club, then your branded space goes live and you get a welcome email with your address and login.
How much does it cost?
A simple flat price per club, unlimited teams and players, with tiers by feature set, billed monthly or annually. See the Pricing page for the tiers.
Is there an app for parents and players?
Yes, Sweeper has iOS and Android apps plus a web portal. Coaches, parents and players all use the same app, each seeing what’s relevant to them.
Do you handle safeguarding?
Safeguarding is built in: role-based permissions, careful handling of under-18 data, and privacy-first defaults. We provide the tools; clubs remain responsible for their own safeguarding policies.
