Grassroots deserves better tools.
Volunteer-run clubs hold communities together, and they do it on WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and cash tins. Sweeper exists to change that.
A grassroots football club is a small miracle of volunteering. Someone books the pitch, someone chases the subs, someone drives the minibus, and somehow eleven kids are in the right kit on a wet Sunday morning. The people are extraordinary. The tools they’re given are not.
What we’re building
Sweeper puts everything a club needs into one app, fixtures and availability, secure payments, player stats, team chat and matchday updates, and wraps it in the club’s own brand. Parents and players see their club, on the club’s own web address, not some generic third-party app.
Why white-label matters
A club’s identity is the point. Sweeper is multi-tenant by design: every club gets its own isolated, branded space, with its own crest, colours, subdomain and data. Your data is yours, kept apart from every other club on the platform.
Built around children’s data
Youth football means handling sensitive information, dates of birth, medical notes, safeguarding records. We treat that seriously: strong tenant isolation, safeguarding-aware roles, and privacy built in rather than bolted on. Payments go straight to the club’s own account, Sweeper never sits between a club and its money.
